Custom Classifications Causes a fail ingestion

We are currently experiencing custom classifications however after following the recommended steps (create the classification, scan rule, etc.) the scan fails to ingest the assets and provides the following error log:

 

Failed to ingest asset with type azure_blob_path and qualified name 'FULL_PATH_NAME' due to invalid data payload to data map. Please contact support for help.

 

These are the steps we are following:

  • A custom classification rule and custom classification were created.
  • A custom scan rule was also created.

The 3 assets that failed are 2 csv and 1 xls and they are ingested if the custom classification rule is not included.

    Unfortunately, I tried to search for something on the web, but I couldn't find it.

    If you don't find a solution here at techcomunnity I would recommend opening a ticket at microsoft to help you.
