I had a couple of similar issues, without any Microsoft Ticket success. Are you aware of the CCP? As there is very often no progress in the tickets, use this program. you can join the "Data Security and Privacy Customer Connection Program (CCP)". This gives access to a teams where you can place your questions, more close to the product group. Hope this helps. Cheers, Al
