Classify all data in a sharepoint folder without scanning content

Hey guys

Is it possible to tell purview to set a classification for all files in a sharepoint folder?
From what i see its asking for scanning patterns such as cc numbers?

I have a folder in the HR library and i just want it to encrypt all existing files with a sensivity labels. For new files SP will do it automatically but i cant figure out a way to do it for data at rest but per foler and not file content.
