Can a DLP Domain Exception list be shared
Is there a way to share a domain whitelist list between multiple DLP policies?
MS Azure Purview
We have multiple DLP policies that are specific to email. We have added an exception that detects when content is sent in emails to recipient on thedomains whitelist. We want to upload the whitelist in one location instead of updating it in each of the policies.
Thank you for any insight.

Hi SCole
As per what I understood from your question, you are trying to manage a whitelist in one place instead of updating it all over again. Microsoft Purview does allow for unified configurations, auditing, and alerting of DLP policies across multiple workloads and channels. This means you can create a centralized list of domains and apply it across different DLP policies. You can use a common place (such as SharePoint) to manage it centrally.
Sharing Purview DLP Settings: Navigate to Purview-Settings-Data Loss Prevention Settings. Here, you can manage your whitelist and apply it to various policies. This ensures that any updates to the whitelist are automatically reflected across all policies that use it.
