Bulk change to DLP rules

Long story short i have inherited a O365 environment with 150+ Purview DLP rules.  Some very loose some very restrictive.

There is a certain scenario where some emails are being autoforwarded to another email (on purpose) at a different domain.  Naturally this is causing a lot of alerts.  Rather than disabling the rule entirely I want to add a group to each rule with the condition NOT sending to a specific domain.  This should prevent alerts for emails to that one specific domain.

Problem is there are so many DLP rules to do this one at a time.  Anyone know a way to add the group, the NOT condition and the destination domain via script or some other bulk process?
