Asset curation workflow certified switch

Hello!

We are trying to create a asset curation workflow https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/how-to-workflow-asset-curation. And for this workflow its important to check if the user requests a an asset certification. Of interest is the state change "not certified" -> "certified". With what expressions or dynamic content would i be possible to detect this change?
I already looked into the rest api but i don't think its detectable via the runInput()
