.msg files with sensitive info types not monitored by endpoint dlp
Hello,
In our environment we have enabled endpoint dlp policies that prevent documents with certain sensitive info types from being printed. However this does not work with saved emails. Are msg files excluded from dlp?

- Yes. It's a feature gap.
You can also print-to-pdf sensitive emails without triggering DLP. I've asked my contact in Microsoft to have it checked.
