How do i become a training partner step by step and be able to provide courses

Question

HeyI have been trying to find helpful information to become a Microsoft training partner and offer courses and certs with the affiliation of Microsoft Learning and i have made a partners account yet i do not understand where to register or who to contact in order to see how can i apply and what requirements i must need i have checked the docs which has instructions but nothing made sense and i do not know where to go or where to apply&nbsp;Any help would be appreciated&nbsp;
