Using Adaptive Cards for sending Azure Alerts to Teams
Is it possible to set up adaptive cards that will send Azure Alerts to Teams?

Try this:
- Create an Azure Alert Rule
- Define the condition (e.g., CPU usage, failed login attempts).
- Set the action group to trigger a webhook.
- Use an Azure Function or Logic App as a Webhook Receiver
- This acts as a middleman between Azure Monitor and Teams.
- It receives the alert payload and formats it into an Adaptive Card.
- Send the Adaptive Card to Teams via Incoming Webhook or Bot
- Incoming Webhook: Simple, but limited interactivity.
- Bot with TeamsFx SDK: More powerful, supports mentions, buttons, etc.
- Create an Azure Alert Rule
