Using Adaptive Cards for sending Azure Alerts to Teams

Try this:

1. Create an Azure Alert Rule
   • Define the condition (e.g., CPU usage, failed login attempts).
   • Set the action group to trigger a webhook.
2. Use an Azure Function or Logic App as a Webhook Receiver
   • This acts as a middleman between Azure Monitor and Teams.
   • It receives the alert payload and formats it into an Adaptive Card.
3. Send the Adaptive Card to Teams via Incoming Webhook or Bot
   • Incoming Webhook: Simple, but limited interactivity.
   • Bot with TeamsFx SDK: More powerful, supports mentions, buttons, etc.
