Custom policy -checking if a VM has enabled inventory/change tracking solution

Is there any way we can check in a policy definition whether VM has enabled for inventory/change tracking solution?

I have tried with savedSearches object of workspaces(logAnalytics) but azure is not returning related savedSearches of a workspace.
