Unable to reach Loabalancer from one backend server

Question

I have internal load balancer in which 3 server are configured as backend with health probe 4443.

in insight of loadbalancer it shows all green and connected.

but problem is I am unable to telnet 4443 on loadbalancer IP from one backed machine.

There is no problem in rest 2 backend machines.

backend servers are Linux servers.

what could be an issue ?

Have you tried using traceroute from that machine to find out where does the traffic drop?

does telnet to server direct IP is working? if not check NSG rules are firewall rules on server itself.
