Seems quite common issue when combining Azure PIM, Azure RBAC, Microsoft Entra group provisioning, and Azure Databricks SCIM/Unity Catalog. The root issue is that PIM activation affects Azure RBAC immediately, but Databricks identity synchronization is a separate process that does not instantly recognize the change.
