Hub and Spoke Low level design (including Azure firewall, APP Gateway and Load balancer)

Hello All

 

I am looking for "Low level design " example diagram which includes below components

Azure firewall

Express route to On premise

Azure APP GW

Azure load balancer

DDOS

 

please provide the diagram if you any for reference
