Express Route to Clients Network

Is there an option to build dedicated route to our application environment network to client's on-prem/cloud network?

      Charbelhanna Yes, would like to establish a express/private route for a Client A to access our application deployed on Azure west and east regions. Is this possible?  Hope it's clear.
