StorSimple failed to create backups

Hello everyone, I'm trying to take backups from a StorSimple volume, It failed all the backup jobs. I did the recommended diagnostic tests  on the SimpleStor Virtual Array and It did successfully all test, but the Issue still persist.

Any ideas?
