Send Desk365 Ticket information to Azure DevOps

I am trying to send ticket data from Desk365 Helpdesk software to Azure DevOps.  I am having trouble with what the Callback URL should be. Any ideas what URL I should be sending the Desk365 data...

To send Desk365 ticket data to Azure DevOps and automatically create a work item (e.g., Feature), your webhook Callback URL must point to the Azure DevOps Work Items REST API endpoint for your organization and project.

I got it to work in Postman but for some reason it is not working from Desk365.  I am using all the same settings as Postman.  Just keep getting webhook failed.
