Scheduled backup failed and Windows restarting when doing on-demand backup

Hello, 

I had scheduled a backup on MARS which got failed. Error "Engine encountered an unexpected error".

Also, i am trying to do on-demand backup, whenever i try to do that, my windows system is getting restarted.

Any suggestions on this please?
