QnA Maker - Throttling resolution

Howdy,

 

I've completed the form request to try and improve the capacity of a QnA Maker frame that I have embedded in our company website. We've seen a big problem with the throttling limits of 10 per minute and would hope for a speedy resolution... what's the usual response times to forms?? (I've also tried customer support and our licensing support), but they come back to the same process... the form.
