On-prem AD Office property in SharePoint Online

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;We have a property called "Region" in&nbsp;on-prem active directory.&nbsp;Is it possible to map this property with a custom SharePoint Online (O365) user profile property?&nbsp;&nbsp;If Yes, could you please elaborate&nbsp;the steps?&nbsp;

I don't think that it is possible. Different companies have different needs so some custom code will be required.
