No outbound traffic since Azure maintenance - VM down

Azure,

 

We have been essentially down for 10+ hours now and counting.

Ticket open with Azure, with still no responses.

 

Azure portal clearly states you made a change to resolve an issue.... but since that time our VM has no outbound traffic.

 

We are down and dead in the water, loosing business here!

 

What is going on ?!?!
