No Internet on a VM in Virtual Network

I've got couple of VMs (WebApp and backend Database server) in azure. They're in the same Classic Virtual network. They can talk to each other without any problems but I cannot access in...
We have the same issue, no outbound traffic.
This occurred immediately after the Microsoft Azure maintenance this morning.

Have you managed to fix this ? I am about to open up a case with Azure support because I have no ideas.
