Dear All,I struggle to find information regarding the elements that can be migrated from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services with this tool:&nbsp;https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54274&amp;culture=en-us&amp;country=us&nbsp;Specifically, I'd like to know if Pull Requests can be migrated from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services.&nbsp;Thanks in advance for the guidance.
