Migration of Pull Request from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services

Yes, not ready for Pull Request yet
- I'm confused here. Phil Spokas says it *will* include Pull Requests and you say *yes* not ready for Pull Request yet 🙂
So my question is: does the tool migrate pull request in its current version?- I'm referring specifically to the Azure DevOps Migration Tool/Service which can be downloaded here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54274
