Local Network Gateway > Configuration - grayed out.

In our Azure Local Network Gateway, we are getting the following message that prevents us from editing the resource:  "You cannot modify the configurations when there are connections associated to the local network gateway."  Google searching hasn't helped.  Might you know why it is grayed out which prevents us from editing it?    It wasn't an issue about a month ago.  No one in our team is currently making any changes that would bar any of us from being able to make changes.  See attached for the screenshot.
