Idea: Require support agents to request changes to the public Azure documentation

When a support case is resolved, it often results in a conclusion that the official Azure documentation at https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs is not up to date, incomplete or incorrect.
This happens also for other Microsoft products like https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-devops-docs

As an Azure customer, I spend time working for Azure in order to help debugging the issues,
but after the problem is found, there is no public visibility of the discovered solution.
There are problems with this:
1. I need to maintain an internal version of the corrected documentation notes
2. other Azure customers facing the problem will likely need to spend time with support again

Requiring the support agents to reflect the information in the public Azure docs may help

to shift some of the burden from Azure customers to Azure documentation teams.
