How to schedule azure win 11 to turn on for 10 minutes a day? also, the free 750 is SLOWWWWW

i want to run a power automate desktop flow on a scheduler, once a day, it takes about 10 minutes, how to schedule the 750 hours free azure win 11 to run for 10 minuts then turn off.

also, the azure win 750 hours server is unuseable crap.  its too slow to even use.  any suggestions?  LIke i would switch to aws if i wasnt a m365 customer.   you provided a totally crap server that wont run because its too slow
