How to deploy a PHP web app from Eclipse to Azure?

 Ok so I have deployed Java web apps from Eclipse to Azure using the "Publish as Azure Web app" option, my question is, is it possible to do the same with a php web app?  When I right click on my php project folder it doesn't show an option to deploy. I googled my issue and supposedly the "Windows Azure tools for Eclipse for PHP developers" makes this possible, but when I try to install it, I get this error:

 Thing is, I'm not even sure if this will allow me to deploy php web apps, is it possible?
