Grant Admin Consent : Issue

Getting error while grantinf admin consent. I have basic Azure plan. Am I missing out something. Need insights on it.

SM_007 

The error occurs due to insufficient permissions or missing subscriptions. Please try the below steps to fix it.

  1. Check Subscription:
    • Ensure your Azure plan supports PowerApps Runtime Service and Azure DevOps APIs.
    • You may need Power Apps or Azure DevOps licenses.
  2. Verify Admin Role:
    • Ensure the account granting consent is a Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator.
  3. Add Licenses:
    • Assign the required licenses for PowerApps and Azure DevOps.
  4. Configure API Permissions:
    • Go to Azure AD > App Registrations > Your App > API Permissions and ensure correct permissions:
      • PowerApps Runtime Service: user_impersonation
      • Azure DevOps: user_impersonation
  5. Grant Consent Again:
    • Retry Grant Admin Consent after completing the above steps.
