Distribute messages

Hello dear community,

I have a service daemon (ASP Net Core C#) that receives messages, I would like to distribute these messages to an arbitrary number of clients (Python) that I do not know, is there a way to distribute them correctly in Azure.

I would be very happy about some nice help.
