Deleting user Access from Azure Resource Name

Question

Hi,Is there a way where we can delete user access in bulk from azure resource groups and under that azure resources?Currently the only way i found is to go to azure portal and manually delete the access of the users. Is there any powershell command or third party software.&nbsp;Thanks
