Copy and sync files from a classic VM to RM VM in different region/network

I need a way (Azure or third-party software) to copy then sync files stored on a classic VM drive to a RM VM. These are on a different network so transferring over the LAN is not possible.

I have contacted third-party software but they all require the same LAN to sync.

There is about 800 GB of data.
