Cloud Service Web Role and Instances

Hi,

I'm new in Azure, i have a question regarding the Classic Cloud Service on Web Role and Instances. Example the scenario below, i have 1 Web Role name WebApplication, and there are 2 instances under the web role.

 

At the pricing calculation, it should consider 1 instance for A3 or 2 instances for A3 ?

 

Anyone able to advice ?
