Cannot log in to Azure Portal

Hello,

I would like to log in to the azure portal, but the last time I tried to log in was December 2024,

and now as of February 2025, I get the following message when I try to log in.

【Message】

no_tokens_found: no refresh token found in cache. Please sign in.

Here is what I know now about the status of my account setup

Active Directory and Entra ID are not used.
Email type is @outlook.jp.
Subscription has been created
MFA has been set up

I also tried restarting the browser, updating to the latest, and various other things, but no change.
Tried both chrome and edge, no change.

I would also like to send a request to support, do you know how to make a request in this situation

  • Try this before raise support ticket to Microsoft:

    • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try logging in again.
    • Use Private Browsing Mode: Try logging in using an incognito or private browsing window. This can help bypass any cached data or cookies that might be causing the issue.
    • Check Time and Date Settings: Ensure that your computer's time and date settings are correct. Incorrect time settings can sometimes cause authentication issues.
    • Recreate the Browser Profile: If the issue persists, try creating a new browser profile and logging in from there.
    • Check for Browser Extensions: Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with the login process and try again.
