Cannnot delete tenant

Hello,

I am trying to delete one of our customers MS 365 Tenant, however this seems to keep failing due to a single Application Registration which cannot be deleted through Entra ID. The error i am getting is "Failed to delete application Tenant Schema Extension App. Error detail: Deletion of system application is not allowed."

I have looked online for solutions but the only solution i can find is "Create a support ticket". I would love to do this but there is no support contract linked to this tenant so that option is not available. 

Any help would be appreciated!
