Bandwidth Charges

I understand that bandwidth charges when it comes to VPN gateways, SQL servers, and storage. But I don't see any bandwidth fields in the cost calculators for VMs, unless I've missed it.

 

Is bandwidth in/out charged at a rate with regular VMs?  If so, how do I estimate the cost?
