Azure write back number of security sign in questions.
Hi
I enabled SSPR 24 hours ago and checked the box security questions an hour ago. In my test accounts, I don't get prompt for any security questions. I only get prompted for i forgot password and verification steps. Do the security questions policy take a couple hours to apply?

Hello,
From the menu on the left side of the Registration page, select Yes for Require users to register when signing in.
Considering this, it’s possible that the security questions policy for Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) hasn’t fully propagated yet:
- Policy Propagation Time:
- Changes to SSPR policies, including enabling security questions, can take some time to apply across your tenant. While it usually happens within a few hours, it might take up to 24 hours in some cases.
- User Registration:
- Ensure that the test accounts have completed the SSPR registration process. Users need to register their security questions in the SSPR registration portal (https://aka.ms/ssprsetup) before they can be prompted for them during password reset.
- Policy Configuration:
- Double-check the configuration in the Azure AD Admin Center to ensure that security questions are properly enabled and assigned to the correct user group.
