You made the right call. Staying on Das_v4 for now gives you stability right now and a huge leap over the B-series. If you eventually want Dads_v5, check your quotas first, then consider moving the VM through a complete deallocation and redeployment cycle in a scheduled maintenance window so ARM can reallocate it onto a v5-capable cluster.
