Hi, sorry you are stuck with that. If the response time is outside the support plan expectation, I would update the existing ticket with the business impact, request escalation, and avoid opening too many parallel cases unless support asks for it. If this is production-impacting, include the severity, affected subscription ID, timestamps, and exact impact so it is easier for Microsoft to route it properly.
