Azure Subscription and cognitive services

Hi,

We are planning to implement LUIS cognitive services with Office 365 SharePoint.

Could you please guide me about Licence/Subcription.

My Customer having Office 365 E3 with Azure Subcription.

Please let me know, same subcription we can add LUIS cognitive services or need a seperate licence/Subcription?
