Azure reserved instance - E4ADS_V5 VM RI shows 64Gb RAM instead of 32GB

Please help in Azure reserved instance.

E4ADS_V5 VM RI recommendation already reflected, issue is that portal shows 64Gb RAM instead of 32GB

Any known issue?
