Azure DevOps -Scope of Works

Hi All,

Good Day!!!,

Actually we want to create one Scope of works excel sheet for Azure DevOps project with 80 users of VSTS  + 20 Admin Users for their own application development and testing.

If some one share links or file related to this it will helpful .

Also customer want to do backup on cloud itself for the developer VMs.
