Azure Database Invoice

I upgraded your Azure PostgreSQL database from the Flexible Server plan to the Burstable plan, but still i see charges for both the Flexible Server and Burstable plans in the invoice. How to solve this?

    • Verify the Upgrade: Double-check that the upgrade to the Burstable plan was completed successfully. You can do this by navigating to the Azure Portal, selecting your PostgreSQL Flexible Server, and confirming the compute tier under the "Compute + Storage" section.
    • Check Billing Period: Sometimes, billing cycles can take a little while to reflect changes. Ensure that the billing period has passed since the upgrade.
    • Contact Support: If the issue persists, it might be best to contact Azure Support. They can provide detailed insights and help resolve any billing discrepancies.
