Azure Community Subscription Support?

 As a community activity, I have just developed and published a simple Blazor Server  app on Azure Web Apps using an Azure SQL service. The web app requires athletes to register their name and mobile number each time thy enter our athletics track during designated training times, for COVID-19 tracing, if required. 

  I am using my personal Azure subscription. Whist the load is not very high, I am considering offering it to other local sporting clubs. I am part of a sporting collective that has 13 different sporting clubs involved.

My question is, does Microsoft have any provision for Azure Subscriptions for community activities?
