Azure Community Subscription Support?

 As a community activity, I have just developed and published a simple Blazor Server  app on Azure Web Apps using an Azure SQL service. The code is on GitHub and I have blogged about it here. The web app requires athletes to register their name and mobile number each time thy enter our athletics track during designated training times, for COVID-19 tracing, if required. 

  I am using my personal Azure subscription. Whist the load is not very high, I am considering offering it to other local sporting clubs. I am part of a sporting collective that has 13 different sporting clubs involved.

My question is, does Microsoft have any provision for Azure Subscriptions for community activities?
