Azure automation failure - StatusCode: 503 ReasonPhrase: Service Unavailable
Hi all,
This morning at 6AM Belgium time we noticed several customer's Azure tenants had runbook failures. "Get-AzVM : The request timed out",
"ErrorTarget: StatusCode: 503 ReasonPhrase: Service Unavailable"
I opened a ticket at Azure support to get the root cause.
UPDATE 03/25/2023: Azure support checked and informed there were issues with ARM (Azure Resource Manager) in West Europe when performing resource management operation.

Yes, it's probably some issue from Microsoft that cannot handle the request and bounce back the error 503
