Azure ASM to ARM Migration

How long the ASM works? I have some VM's and Resourses on ASM portal. I am able to see those resourses on ARM portal, but I am struggling with the Creating and Managing the Resources on ARM portal as I am doing in ASM portal. Do I need to migrate those resourse to ARM portal?
