Azure Active Directory BC Single Sign-On in laravel using sign in policy

Hi team 

I have not found proper guid or any conclution for my azre r&d 

and I am not founding since may 2017

and yet not got proper guid or conclution.

I want SSO in my Larave project using genricPolicy like signin/signout etc .

and also want to store users of azure ADB2C to my laravel project database without any Azure Subscription.

please remember i do not have any subscription.
