Azure - WVD - RemoteDesktop Client on Windows 10 Build 1903

All,

I've searched high and low and for the life of me I cannot figure out why one of my clients is getting this error "Something went wrong" when trying to subscribe with a newly installed "Remote Desktop" Client.

I've downloaded and reinstalled several times from here:

Please see the screen shot.  I've gone through and looked for the certificate that some people have mentioned.
