Application Assignment investigation

Hi Everyone, 

 some ppl in my org got this

, how can i investigate assignment of these applications like i want to know who assigned these applications to these users?

    Yep, go to Azure Active Directory, click on Audit Logs (under the Monitoring heading)

    Please note that you may not be able to go back or see the changes, depending on how recent they have been made, see below:

    How long does Azure AD store the data?
    Report Azure AD Free Azure AD Premium P1 Azure AD Premium P2
    Audit logs 7 days 30 days 30 days
